Our target
This website is designed and tested toward Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. Accessibility is an ongoing practice, and this statement is not a guarantee that every page or third-party integration is error-free.
Measures included in this build
- Semantic landmarks and logical heading structure.
- A skip link and visible keyboard focus.
- Keyboard-operable navigation, forms, disclosures and privacy controls.
- Text alternatives for meaningful images.
- Color contrast designed for readable text and controls.
- Responsive reflow and support for browser zoom.
- Persistent form labels, clear required status, error summaries and inline guidance.
- Reduced-motion support and no essential information conveyed only through animation.
Known dependencies
Scheduling, CRM, analytics, newsletter and form services selected during deployment may have their own accessibility characteristics. The deployment owner should test each final integration before launch and after material updates.
Feedback and assistance
If you encounter a barrier or need content in another format, use the contact form and select “Privacy or accessibility request.” Describe the page, the issue and the format or assistance you need. Do not include medical or patient information. We aim to acknowledge accessibility feedback within two business days.
Assessment approach
The static package is reviewed with automated checks and manual keyboard, zoom, reflow and cross-viewport inspection. The live deployment should be retested with its final integrations, server headers and content.
